The First Direct Sino-Europe Train

Debuuted in Chengdu

2018年4月12日，首列直发奥地利首都维也纳的中欧班列从成都国际铁路港开出。此趟班列车装载货物总价值约150万美元，由霍尔果斯口岸出境，途经哈萨克斯坦、俄罗斯、斯洛伐克等多个国家，全程运行约9800公里抵达终点维也纳。

中欧班列蓉欧快铁将随着成都与维也纳城市间的合作深化、贸易互推、产业并进以及双方国际市场的日趋成熟，逐步实现该条线路的常态化开行。

On April 12th, 2018, the first direct Sino-Europe train set off at the Chengdu International Railway Port. The total value of the goods on this train was about 1.5 million U.S. dollars. The train exited China at the Khorgos port and passed through Kazakhstan, Russia, Slovakia, and other countries. It traveled over about 9,800 kilometers before reaching Vienna.

This Sino-Europe express will gradually develop to regular schedule as the cooperation between Chengdu and Vienna deepens, the mutual trade advances, related industries progress and the international market of the two sides matures.
